SALON POLICIES

We kindly ask that you follow our salon policies, to ensure everyone has the best experience and service, here at The Attic.

1. Mobile phones are to be on silent.

2. Young children are not allowed in the salon, it is an inappropriate nor safe environment for them.

3. Anyone 16 and under having a treatment must be accompanied by an adult and have signed permission.

4. Patch tests must be performed 48 hours prior to treatments involving tint.

5. If you are late for an appointment please let us know, if not your appointment may be given to someone else. If you arrive late, your appointment time may be restricted, however a full payment will be required.

6. Please use soft, quiet voices, as other treatments may be taking place in the salon.

7. For health and safety reasons, please be as truthful as possible when filling out client record cards. This is to ensure that all treatments are performed safely. All client information is kept completely confidential.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% charge for cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment.

There will be a 100% charge for cancellations within 48 hours or no shows.

A deposit (or full payment) will be taken at the time of booking. A valid payment card is required to secure all appointments. The card will be saved on file and will be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. All fees are final and non refundable.

Card storage is powered by Stripe, who has the very highest security and Level 1 PCI Compliance. Neither The Attic nor Phorest staff will have access to the raw card details at any stage.
